Tomato & Olive Burrata Salad

This classic combination with the additions of some fresh rocket, olives and cheese bread is hard to beat. It's simple, delicious and super easy to make!

What you'll need:

  1. Cristiana & Co Brazilian Cheese Bread of course! (find your local stockist here)

  2. La Stella Latticini Burrata

  3. Grape Kumato tomatoes (or Heirloom or any of your favourites!)

  4. Fresh olives

  5. Organic wild roquette

  6. Olive oil

  7. Salt & pepper

  8. Fresh lemons


  1. Preheat your oven to 210 C (fan-forced)

  2. When the oven is hot, remove your cheese bread from the freezer and place frozen rolls on a shallow tray lined with baking paper

  3. Space each roll 1.5cm apart and set your timer for 12 minutes!

  4. While your cheese bread is in the oven, grab your favourite bowl and place rocket, tomato and olives inside and then add your burrata. Serve the burrata to room temperature to get the most from its lush milkiness!

  5. Season with olive oil, salt & pepper and lemon.

  6. Grab your hot, crispy and golden brown cheese bread from the oven and add it to your bowl.

  7. Enjoy hot cheese bread with a fresh and delicious salad.
