Easy Wholesome Breakfast! Scrambled Eggs, Tomato & Cheese Bread

The variety you get with our cheese bread is endless. So today we wanted to show you how to serve cheese bread for breakfast with this super simple, easy and wholesome platter. Made with Australian free-range eggs just like the ones we use in our cheese bread ingredients! Only the best for our family, friends and loved ones.

What you'll need:

  1. Cristiana & Co Cheese Bread (we love using our Original flavour for this recipe!)

  2. Free-range eggs

  3. Fresh parsley

  4. A medley of tomatoes (whichever you like to use!)

  5. Salt & pepper

  6. Butter

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 210C (fan-forced)

  2. Grab your eggs and place them in a bowl, add some salt & pepper, whisk until smooth and set aside

  3. When the oven is hot, remove your cheese bread from the freezer and place frozen rolls on a shallow tray lined with baking paper spaced about 1.5cm apart

  4. Pop cheese bread in the oven and set your timer for 12 minutes!

  5. Grab your tomatoes and slice and dice as desired then place them on your platter

  6. Take your scrambled egg mixture and cook on stove with butter over medium heat for a couple of minutes until cooked to the desired texture. Tip* stir eggs every few seconds for extra fluffiness!

  7. Add your scrambled eggs to the platter

  8. Break off a few pieces of parsley and decorate! Add extra salt & pepper

  9. Grab your cheese bread from the oven and place them on the platter

  10. Enjoy!



Our easy and simple cooking instructions for our Cheese Bread:

  1. Preheat oven to 210C (fan-forced)

  2. When the oven is hot, remove your cheese bread from the freezer

  3. Place frozen rolls on a shallow tray lined with baking paper

  4. Space each roll 1.5 cm apart

  5. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown!
