What you'll need:
Cristiana & Co Cheese Bread (we love this recipe with our Garlic & Thyme flavour!)
Smoked Salmon (we love the Harris Smoke House smoked salmon from Harris Farm Markets)
Crème Fraîche (we love the Meander Valley Dairy Crème Fraîche from Harris Farm Markets)
Chives
Alfalfa Sprouts
Lemon
Salt & Pepper
Method:
Preheat your oven to 210C fan-forced for 12 minutes
Place your smoked salmon in a bowl and roughly chop it up with a fork
Add a heaping tablespoon of Crème Fraîche to your smoked salmon
Add a squeeze of lemon and a touch of salt & pepper to the mix
Your oven should be heated by this stage, so it's time to get your cheese bread from the freezer, place them on a tray about 1.5cm apart and pop them in!
Finely chop your chives and add to your salmon mix
Mix together all ingredients and taste! Add more salt, pepper or lemon to your desired taste
Get a few plates/bowls or your desired board ready for serving
Pop alfalfa sprouts into a bowl alongside your smoked salmon terrine mix
Once your cheese bread is ready in12-minutes (or until golden brown depending on the oven) take them out and place them in a bowl.
Place your smoked salmon mix, alfalfa sprouts and hot cheese bread on the table and enjoy!
