The business idea came out of my kids big birthday parties. I wanted to share a bit of my Brazilian culture with them and make something delicious, authentic & wholesome on their special day. In spite of all amazing food on the table, the exotic "Pão de Queijo" never made it past the kitchen. The adults would finish them before they reached the kids in the backyard! My friends enthusiastic encouragement was the starting point to a long road of R&D...

A bit of background, I am a Food Engineer, who doesn't like processed food! At that time, I was also a single mother, time deprived, and despite the challenges, I wasn't willing to compromise on quality for the sake of practicality. So when shaping my business, I wanted to create high quality products to give people convenience, but following the same philosophy I live by.

Cristiana & Co was then formed with the simple principle: to make high quality, wholesome exotic snacks, free of additives, preservatives or anything else to substitute the real ingredients.

 

The result is a product with the same quality of food made at home and a real demonstration of my passion, commitment and love for good food. I hope you enjoy!
